DESIGN PARTNER PROGRAM

Help Shape Decision Intelligence for Strategic Planning

We're building GreenlightIQ to solve a problem we've all experienced: strategic initiatives failing because teams overestimate capabilities, critical knowledge stays in experts' heads, and risks aren't surfaced until it's too late.

Beta launches January 2026. We're selecting 3-5 design partners now.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Organizations That:

  • Have experienced costly initiative failures ($2M+) in the past 2 years

  • Recognize the pattern: "We should have seen this coming"

  • Are willing to change how strategic decisions get made

  • Want to fundamentally improve portfolio decision-making

Design Partners Who Commit To:

Real Strategic Evaluation

  • 2-3 actual initiatives to evaluate through GreenlightIQ (not test cases)

  • Access to cross-functional stakeholders (Technical, Finance, Operations)

  • Willingness to use the system for real decisions

Frequently Asked Questions

"Why do you need design partners instead of launching publicly?"

We want to launch with a product that solves real problems for real companies. Design partners help us validate the approach, prioritize features, and build credibility through reference customers.

"What if the product doesn't work for us?"

Zero risk. No payment during beta. Cancel anytime. We only succeed if you succeed.

"How much time will this actually take?"

6-8 weeks of active beta:

  • Initial setup: 2-3 hours (organizational baseline)

  • Per initiative: 3-5 hours (distributed across your team)

  • Weekly feedback: 30-60 minutes

"Will our data be secure?"

Yes - Clerk SSO/MFA + least-privilege access on Retool; HTTPS everywhere; audited access; minimal data retained; customer data isolated per tenant in separate tables Full NDA coverage.

"Can we become a design partner after January?"

You can become a beta customer, but you won't get design partner benefits (75% discount, product input, lock-in pricing). Those are reserved for organizations who commit now.

"Do we have to commit to paying after beta?"

No. If the product works and delivers value, we hope you'll continue at the discounted rate. But there's no obligation during beta.
